Goods are packed in 7 cardboard boxes 60x40x40 (isothermal packing by friobox.es) with per box brutto weight 12.8 kg and all this would be re-packed on chozen airport of departure into widely available air-fright container LD3 stacked 3-3-1. Total net weight (all boxes per single shippment) is 89.6 kg. Cargo is GRAS (generally regarded as safe, live but dormant stage (hibernation) small insects for biological control of pests). Box(es) have data loggers for temperature. Exposure of LD3 to the sun is not wanted. Temperature range above 0°C and (15-20 range) up to +20°C is advised. Airflow minimal is ok, Unpressurized oxy-atmosphere is also ok - suitable for lower-deck. Shippment is one-way only, for 45 consecutive times, this year, twice a week. And day of the week would do as long as we can do 2 shippments per week. Please don't ask if we can consolidate these 2 shippments (7 boxes) into 1 shippment containing 14 boxes since daily production of such product can not meet such consolidated request. Alternative arrival airports could be - ZAGREB, CROATIA; EU (IATA: ZAG, ICAO: LDZA) or SPLIT, CROATIA, EU (IATA: SPU, ICAO: LDSP). if VIenna or alternative routes are not available, you can try from reserve list of 10 airports in Northern Italy:

CRITICAL REQUEST: SINGLE SHIPPMENT MUST ARRIVE INSIDE 36 HOURS FROM LOADING TO UNLOADING (AIRPORT--TO-AIRPORT), ONLY DIRECT FLIGHTS ARE OK. too much friction induces metabolic temperature stress to animals with 100% mortality after too much tumbling. Cargo is expensive and valuable. In 70+ years of deliveries of such cargo there was never a single incident. After this is solved and best route chozen we can add to request also last-mile delivery from chozen arrival airport to our HQ address by appropriate road vehicle ( inside some extra time above these 36 hours which are maximum allowed for flight). Why we use 36 hours limit, for flight since most intra-europe flights would be shorter ? Since we would later issue RFQ for cross-oceanic routes as well, for similar cargo.
