Logistic Business Partners was registered in March 2002 as a customs clearing and forwarding company with the intent to conduct business in a way reminiscent of our name and that our customers experience us as an extension of their own business.

We are confident to offer our clients a one-stop service for all their international freight & logistics requirements. 

Our motto “From start to finish” underpins all our services offered.

LBP is fully registered with SARS to use the EDI interface, enabling us to offer full service to our clients at all South African ports and border posts.  All operations and documentation are centrally managed from Cape Town and with our very well-developed local- and worldwide agency network we can offer more value for less cost.

LBP prides itself that it handles an extensive range of commodities over a wide spectrum of industries including perishable cargo.  We therefore liaise with numerous government departments on a regular basis. We are aware of the different requirements (e.g. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), International Trade and Administration Commission (ITAC), Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF), Department of Health (DOH), South African Revenue Service (SARS), South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).
