SEL is an American time-critical focused logistics company working out of Seoul, South Korea. Our focus is mostly on OBC/Hand-carry work, especially out of East Asia and Southeast Asia. We operate with 24/7/365 availability with no generic call centre, so client requests are handled directly by management. To give an idea of our service:

*Our clients typically contact us for a shipment from anywhere and everywhere within East or Southeast Asia and expect immediate arrangement of a truck to pick it up at the shipper’s factory/warehouse, have the shipment loaded at the nearest airport on the soonest flight out, export paperwork filed, with delivery to the destination airport or factory destination anywhere in the world with delivery typically within 24-32 hours of the original request.

*Most of our shipments are van-sized loads or longer sprinter-sized van loads. We have done many multiple-courier missions with up to as many as 6 fliers working together, overseen by our operations managers on-site. We have also handed smaller, more precious items than can be carried into the cabin of a passenger plane such as AOG, biomedical, sensitive documents, or prototypes.

*We are capable of arranging a dedicated truck for pickup from nearly anywhere in East or Southeast Asia and can typically have a truck at the pickup location within an hour or two of job confirmation.

*We offer support including import and export customs processing in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.

*We have a specialized solution to get shipments out of Mainland China via HKG airport on the same day or the next day of the order.

*Our requests can come in at all hours of the day and night, as we have clients and partner OBC companies located in all time zones. Therefore, we are available 24/7 to be ready to quote these requests ASAP.

We are partners for other logistics companies, OBC companies, 3PLs, etc acting as their South Korea specialists for time-critical work. We also act as their auxiliary support throughout Southeast Asia when their client’s needs surpass their capabilities.
