Company Structure The Board of Directors are made up of experts with extensive background in Finance, Aviation and Cargo Operations. The central management structure of TGAG controls the activities and development of APA Cargo which is a totally owned subsidiary of The Global Aviation Group Ltd. and is the airline operating entity. Our customers are primarily End Users of the freight but is often coordinated through Freight Forwarders and Logistic Companies moving air cargo on behalf of their many clients or directly. Eifad Airlines & APA- Cargo offer a unique variety of broad spectrum services in Cargo, VIP Charters, Hajj Flights and Ad Hoc Charter Operations. The two principles of APA-Cargo and Eifad Airlines is Capt. Shanne C. West and Mr. Hani Kalakattawi. They were both were involved in the initial set up of National Air Services – KSA, that procured two private B737-700 BBJ jets for the Royal Flight in Saudi Arabia in 2003. These Aircraft were purchased and operated by the Ministry of Finance. Hani and West were involved in the Flight Operations set up, writing of Technical Manuals and Engineering Programs on behalf of NAS. Their long relationship and collaboration now brings both their operations to one, offering a unified service worldwide. Both airlines have a very extensive Management Team of professionals. |
