Lusopanarcos started its activity in 2006 aware of the need to present to the market alternative transport solutions. We had already solid know-how and experience in the freight forwarding and customs activity as a result of the previous professional career in other major players since 1980.

Our experience was also supported by the fact that we have passed through the various stages of the European transport and customs market (abolition of European borders in 1990, TIR regime, Community transit regime, EEC, EU,) which allowed us the flexibility and diversity of knowledge that we have integrated into the transportation solutions we have developed.

In a market in constant evolution and uncertainty we aim to develop innovative and alternative transport solutions.

We have been creating , together with Certified Partners, Digital Transformation plans with the clear purpose of obtaining a more effective control and certification systems for our transport processes, without, however, giving up the personal contact that characterizes us.

We have collaboration and development protocols with most of our international partners for over 10 years.

We value the loyalty of our customers . Most of them have been with us since the company’s founding, which honours us and makes us believe that we have taken the right path.

We are detail oriented, good in the solutions and fair in the costs of the services we provide.

We are available 24/7, not only due to the needs of our customers, but also by having international partnerships ( mainly in USA and Asia ) we have to have permanent contact channels in order to avoid delays in the forwarding of our customer’s orders.

• Responsibility: Our employee is aware of the responsibility for the information he/she transmits to customer, in the way that it may or may not make the business possible. As such it is aware of the laws, regulations and uses of the countries through which goods transit, providing accurate information regarding the total costs of the services.

We prepare annual plans for continuing vocational training for our employees, ensuring that hey have the tools and updated knowledge for the best practice of their job.
