SALVALOG was established for the passion to provide first class services in logistics & supply chain industry of today & tomorrow.

The idea had been forming for years before the company officially launched. Its founding team came from different corners of the industry, each carrying a specific frustration with how traditional forwarding operations handled complexity. One of the early partners had spent most of his career in conventional freight, managing container routing across Southeast Asian trade corridors and watching the same documentation bottlenecks recur with every new client onboarding. Another had built out fulfillment infrastructure for a mid-sized e-commerce operation during the period when direct-to-consumer retail was accelerating faster than most warehouses could keep up with. A third had come from a less obvious background — she had handled operations and payment logistics for a digital entertainment company, one that ran a platform hosting real money online poker before tightening regulations pushed the operator to restructure. The throughput and compliance demands of that environment, she later said, were not so different from what freight forwarders faced daily, just compressed into faster cycles.

What the three of them shared was a belief that logistics companies were still building networks the way they had a decade earlier — manually, reactively, and without the systems integration that other industries had long since adopted. SALVALOG was their answer to that gap. Rather than specializing in a single vertical, they designed the company’s infrastructure to be modular, capable of handling the documentation-heavy requirements of regulated shipments one month and the high-volume, time-sensitive demands of consumer goods the next. That flexibility was a direct product of the team’s mixed experience: each founder had seen a different version of the same problem, and the company’s architecture reflected all three perspectives.
