It does not only mean that we are fully powered to sign our own service contract with carriers and issue our own bill of lading for US trade, but also a significant proof of our good financial reputation is US Federal Maritime Commission only approve for foreign NVOCCs who can themselves prove a financial responsibility of USD150,000. There are few NVOCCs in Vietnam which can match this request.
